“I am very excited to join the team at Plum,” Baumgart-Eiben said. “I have watched the positive changes that have been occurring and I wanted to be a part of that change. I cannot wait to meet the families that I will be working closely with and developing relationships.
“I love leading professional development, and instilling the value of personal connections and intrinsic motivation. I hope to build an even greater capacity for relationships and connections while fostering a school family for all that resonates a true professional passion. ”
